We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef for a new opening in London. The candidate should have a passion for delivering great food and building strong relationships with the team and suppliers, championing seasonal, local, and British produce where possible.
Scope of Role
As a Head Chef, you will lead and motivate a kitchen team to provide consistently exceptional food and service. You will oversee, monitor, and improve kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food, seamless customer experience, and maximizing business potential and profitability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef
- Proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines
- Leaving Cert level education or above NVQ qualification or equivalent
- Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
- Flair and innovative in menus and food presentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
