Portico have an exciting opportunity and are looking for an experienced Workplace Team Leader to start in the launch of our new Workspace. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for everyone on your assigned floor, leading a team of five Workplace Coordinators. You will set the tone each day with a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for building meaningful connections. As the first point of escalation for your team, you will ensure operations run smoothly and consistently across colleague floors. You will play a key role in shaping the workplace experience, fostering a culture that is inclusive, energising and inspiring. Shifts: Mon - Fri between 07:00-19:00

Salary: £40,000

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a personable, relatable individual with a strong customer-first mindset and at least two years experience in a structured customer service role with people-management responsibilities. You will be confident in managing your time, prioritising tasks and handling queries with professionalism and empathy. Experience in a law firm is a plus but not essential; what matters most is your ability to connect with people and consistently deliver exceptional service.
