Would you like to be based at the Edinburgh offices of one of the largest international banks in the world?!
We are looking for a Welcome Team Leader to take on the responsibility of ensuring this prestigious bank remains a market leader for positive visitor experience and service excellence.
The role of the Welcome Team Leader is to supervise and develop the team to provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all stakeholders in the Client's business which includes visitors, clients and internal stakeholders.
Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7 am- 6 pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: £33,945
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can-do attitude, with the ability to set the example, lead and develop a large, diverse team and promote change. The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
Previous supervisory customer service experience is essential, with a minimum of 12 months in a 5* customer service role in corporate or hotel environment. Experience working with audio visual and conferencing equipment is highly essential, room reservations, switchboard and help desk systems.
