Searcys is looking for a Vending Assistant to join the team at one of our City Based venues.

As a Vending Assistant, you will be responsible for the daily replenishment and maintenance of coffee stations across all floors, maintaining adequate inventory levels to provide a well-equipped and organised refreshment service for employees and visitors.

Job Description

The Vending Assistant will be supporting and monitoring and serving all food and drinks to customers/clients/guest and clearing throughout the floors.

Job Type

  • Full Time 40 hours contract
  • Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Daily replenishment of coffee stations, including coffee, tea, milk, sugar, cups, stirrers, and related supplies.
  • Refill and maintain soft drink fridges, ensuring stock is rotated, in date, clean, and well-presented.
  • Monitor and replenish vending machines; track stock levels and notify the Manager when reordering is required.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct weekly/monthly stock takes, check expiry dates, and distribute daily stock.
  • Ensure kitchens, fridges, and vending machines are clean, stocked, and operational.
  • Carry out weekly deep cleaning of all kitchen areas and vending equipment, including washing machine filters and trays.
  • Report equipment faults or maintenance issues to the Facilities team.
