Job Purpose: To support the efficient day‑to‑day operation of the catering service by delivering high standards of food preparation, service, cleanliness, and customer care. Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation & Service
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping, and assembling ingredients in line with company standards.
- Support chefs in preparing meals for service in a timely manner.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure food is presented attractively and in line with portion control guidelines.
- Replenish counters, displays, and service areas as required during service periods.

- Deliver excellent customer service at all times, maintaining a positive and approachable attitude.
