The Opportunity
Lead and elevate the coffee offering in a performance-driven environment. Comparable to a specialist performance engineer, you’ll refine processes, train your team, and ensure every detail contributes to a premium experience. Your expertise will set the standard for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Head Barista
- Lead the coffee service operation, ensuring premium quality and consistency
- Train and develop barista team members to high standards
- Oversee coffee sourcing, equipment maintenance, and stock control
- Innovate and develop beverage offerings aligned with client expectations
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery
- Monitor performance and maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
