You will offer thehighest standard of service, providing a positive and efficient customer experience by preparingand serving quality food and beverages, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the location. Thisrole is primarily front of house. Key Responsibilities Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times. To ensure food safety compliance is followed at all times. To be responsible for a specific area or food offering, with flexibility to rotate to a new area ifneeded. To organise deliveries , checking delivery notes, and reporting any discrepancies . Assisting with clearing tables. Assisting with any team queries , supporting the management team. To carry out daily team briefings and assist with any team queries. To ensure all legislative and government guidelines are adhered to, such as Health andSafety, Food Safety and COSHH. To work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and serving food anddrinks. To assist with the development of the team, providing training where required, especially onthe areas of the food and beverage service , supporting management in the delivery oflabour effectiveness targets. To attend all training and development course as requested. To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviourappearance and knowledge.
