We are looking for a Supervisor to join the Notes team at Selfridges. As the Supervisor, you will support the day‑to‑day running of the shop, lead by example, and ensure excellent customer service. You will help maintain high standards, support and motivate the team, and create a welcoming environment for customers. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the shop runs smoothly, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving profitability. Your leadership will inspire the team to create a welcoming environment, maintain high standards of quality, and build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day‑to‑day running of the shop.
  • Lead by example and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.

Remuneration & Schedule:

  • Salary: £13.35 per hour
  • Shifts: any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and evenings
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent
