We are expanding and are looking for a sous chef to take their next step on the management ladder to work in a facility that is less than 2 years old feeding Amazon Associates. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic foodie company.

We’re looking for a Sous Chef for the day-to-day running of a busy kitchen within a 24/7 operation. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and reliable chef ready to take the next step in their culinary career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the smooth running of daily kitchen operations
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation and hygiene
  • Support with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
  • Lead and inspire junior kitchen staff when required
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a CDP or Senior CDP in a high-volume environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and passion for food
  • Flexibility to work weekends as part of a 5 over 7 schedule
