We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Account Manager to lead a portfolio of four commercial workplace dining and hospitality locations across the Thames Valley region. Managing 4 distinct contracts with a combined annual turnover of approximately £3 million, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and team engagement across the portfolio.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on, forward-thinking leader who can bring energy and creativity to the operation while delivering strong commercial performance. You'll lead a talented team, build trusted client relationships and constantly look for new ways to make the customer experience even better.

Job Description

  • You'll lead from the front, setting high standards across food, service and hospitality while creating a positive, ambitious culture within your team.
  • Drive financial performance and achieve agreed budget targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistently high standards of food, hospitality and customer service.
  • Develop and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety requirements, and operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a multi-site hospitality, catering or facilities management role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L performance.
  • Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential due to the multi-site nature of the role.
