Job Description
- Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
- To ensure food safety compliance is followed at all times.
- To be responsible for a specific area or food offering, with flexibility to rotate to a new area if needed.
- To organise deliveries, checking delivery notes, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Assisting with clearing tables.
- Assisting with any customer queries , supporting the management team.
- To carry out daily team briefings and assist with any team queries.
- To ensure all legislative and government guidelines are adhered to, such as Health and Safety, Food Safety and COSHH.
- To work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and serving food and drinks.
