Job Description About this role:
- Receiving, organising and distributing goods deliveries
- Checking invoices and ensuring stock rotation
- Reporting any damaged or missing goods to management and suppliers
- Assisting in ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels
- Conducting stock taking
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
- Delivering stock to various areas
- Keeping all catering areas clean & tidy
- Working with all school & BaxterStorey teams on location
Qualifications:
- No formal education is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred
- Demonstrates strong physical stamina, with the ability to remain on their feet for extended periods and safely handle the lifting of heavy items
- Maintains excellent attention to detail and consistently follows instructions to a high standard
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
