As a Team Leader for Benugo, you will be supporting the management team to assist with any team or customer queries.

Job Description
The Team Leader will provide a positive and efficient customer experience, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the location.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure Food Safety and Health and Safety compliance is followed at all times.
- To organise deliveries, checking delivery notes and reporting any discrepancies.
- To assist with all front of house tasks, such as clearing tables, working on tills and serving food and drink,
- Carry out daily team briefings.
- Assist with the development of the team, providing training and up-skilling where possible.
- Support management with effective cost control, inclusive of labour targets.
