We’re looking for a confident, adaptable, and customer focused Receptionist to join our Front of House team, supporting a range of sites by covering both short and long term absences. No two days will look the same — you’ll be the friendly face that keeps things running smoothly across multiple locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting guests with confidence, positivity, and genuine hospitality
  • Managing visitor flow and ensuring a seamless front of house experience
  • Handling queries with clarity, courtesy, and a can do attitude
  • Supporting the onsite Portico Management Team and maintaining service standards
  • Coordinating VIP visits and keeping guests informed throughout their journey
  • Producing accurate daily reports and ensuring smooth communication during handovers
  • Assisting with events, projects, and busy periods across various sites
  • Processing deliveries, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and carrying out post room duties
  • Following health & safety procedures and supporting emergency situations when required
  • Building strong working relationships with colleagues to deliver a consistent, high quality service
