Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused Workplace Experience Host to join our team based at the Milton Keynes offices of a world famous bank.
This varied and rewarding role supports Executive Reception, Guest Services Reception, and Workplace Services, helping to create an exceptional experience for colleagues, clients, visitors, and contractors throughout the building.
As our onsite cover role, flexibility and adaptability are essential.
You will provide support across multiple workplace functions, responding to changing business needs while ensuring a consistently high standard of service across all areas of the operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional reception services across Executive Reception and Guest Services Reception.
- Deliver a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for colleagues, clients, visitors, contractors, and guests.
- Manage visitor arrivals, sign-ins, and access procedures.
- Support senior stakeholders, including Board-level executives, with a professional and discreet approach.
- Prepare, set up, reset, and maintain meeting rooms and collaborative workspaces.
- Provide workplace support services across the building as required.
- Respond positively and effectively to changing priorities and operational requirements.
- Ensure all workplace areas remain well-presented, functional, and ready for use.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless workplace experience.
- Maintain excellent levels of communication, professionalism, and customer service at all times.
- Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7.30am -6pm, Mon-Fri. Salary: £30,500
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Previous corporate reception or workplace experience is not essential.
