Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Kitchen Team Leader to join the team at our Benugo cafe in Bletchley Park. The cafe is open 7 days per week, the successful candidate will be required to work 5 days per week including weekends/bank holidays with shift patterns ranging from 7am – 4pm.

Rate: Β£13.80 per hour

Contract: Full Time/ Permanent

About the Kitchen Leader role:

  • Overseeing and assisting with the preparation of the Benugo food range - sandwiches, salads and deli items
  • Delivering consistent high-quality product ensuring that food safety standards are always followed
  • Preparing food
  • Placing orders as well as assisting with stock control
  • Organise the BOH team shifts and allocate duties as necessary
  • Training and supervising of the production kitchen team
  • Maintain all food, health and hygiene standards at all times

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess good food handling knowledge in addition to leadership skills. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
