  • Full time - 40 hours
  • Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 8 hours a day with 30 minutes break
  • Shifts work on rotation: 07:30-16:00 / 08:00-16:30 / 08:45-17:15

Job Description:

  • Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
  • Preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages to consistently high standards
  • Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
  • Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures
  • The pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
  • Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
  • Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
  • Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
  • Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Barista experience is preferred but willingness to learn is paramount
  • Great work ethic and an even greater smile
