We are working with a prestigious global banking client who is recognised as a market leader for service excellence. They are now looking to hire a Client Support Host to be the face of their Manchester office and deliver an exceptional visitor experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a 5-star hospitality, corporate reception, or premium client services background who thrives on providing white-glove service.

The Role:

  • As a Client Support Host, you will be responsible for ensuring every person who enters the building receives the highest level of personal service.
  • You will be the first point of contact for all stakeholders, including employees, clients, visitors, event delegates and VIPs.
  • Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Delivering a warm, professional welcome and providing outstanding front-of-house service at all times.
    • Managing meeting rooms, client hospitality, and event support to the highest standard.
    • Ensuring the client floor and reception areas are immaculate and presentation-ready.
    • Handling visitor registration, security passes, and client communications with discretion and professionalism.
    • Supporting internal teams with day-to-day client care and administrative duties.
    • Acting as a brand ambassador for this prestigious bank.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Client Host, Corporate Receptionist, VIP Host, or 5* Hospitality role.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, calm and solutions-focused approach.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and pride in delivering service excellence.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and VIP guests.

Package:

  • Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (No weekends).
  • Free meal on shift.
  • Based fully on-site in Manchester City Centre.

Qualifications:
