We’re looking for a Sous Chef for the day‑to‑day running of a busy kitchen within a 24/7 operation. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and reliable chef ready to take the next step in their culinary career.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the smooth running of daily kitchen operations
- Maintain high standards of food preparation and hygiene
- Support with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
- Lead and inspire junior kitchen staff when required
- Proven experience as a CDP or Senior CDP in a high‑volume environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and passion for food
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of a 5 over 7 schedule

Qualifications- Proven experience working as a Chef
- Have an obsession for food and creating experiences
- You can demonstrate that managing, training, and supporting a team has been an important part of your career to date
- Financially astute, you are very analytical and know how to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance
- Excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast‑paced, multi‑faced, creative environment and able to thrive under pressure
- Meticulous organisational abilities and a high attention to detail
