Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

This role will involve working alone at times, you must be comfortable working alone and able to use your initiative. You will need to multi-task and will be kept busy from the moment you arrive, there will be lots of laughs and opportunities to use your creative flair.

Job Description:

  • Service – serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that guests’ needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed.
  • Customer Service – provide excellent service by being attentive to guests’ needs at every point on their customer journey and always greeting with a smile.
  • Teamwork – collaborate with all other staff to ensure the smooth flow of operations and support and contribute to creating an inclusive and safe working environment.
  • Adherence to Regulations – comply with health and safety regulations, as well as any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location.
  • Cleanliness – maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all catering areas.

Qualifications:

  • Trained Barista
  • Have a contagious passion for customer service
  • You are a team player with great communication
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods
