This role will involve working alone at times, you must be comfortable working alone and able to use your initiative. You will need to multi-task and will be kept busy from the moment you arrive, there will be lots of laughs and opportunities to use your creative flair.

Job Description:
- Service – serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that guests’ needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed.
- Customer Service – provide excellent service by being attentive to guests’ needs at every point on their customer journey and always greeting with a smile.
- Teamwork – collaborate with all other staff to ensure the smooth flow of operations and support and contribute to creating an inclusive and safe working environment.
- Adherence to Regulations – comply with health and safety regulations, as well as any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location.
- Cleanliness – maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all catering areas.
Qualifications:
- Trained Barista
- Have a contagious passion for customer service
- You are a team player with great communication
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods
