We're looking for a skilled and creative Bartender to join our team. You'll craft innovative cocktails, provide outstanding service, and create memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mixology Mastery: Create unique and delicious cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
  • Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, offer drink recommendations, and ensure they have a great time at the bar.
  • Beverage Program Support: Help develop our drinks menu with new and exciting cocktails and promotions.
  • Bar Operations: Keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked while following all safety and licensing rules.
  • Upselling: Suggest premium drinks and pairings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with all colleagues and your manager to ensure a smooth service.

Hours per week: 45

Qualifications

  • Leaving Cert level education or above
  • NVQ qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Hands on and proactive approach
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management
