We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking Team Leader to join the team in John Lewis, Stratford (Westfield), to lead and support the front of house team on a daily basis.

Hours: 30 hours per week (working any 5 days in a 7-day period)

Hourly rate: £15.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Ensure food safety, health and safety and compliance is followed at all times.
  • To take control and ownership of a specific area of the front of house, with the flexibility to rotate around as needed.
  • Assist with all front of house duties, and lead from the front.
  • Carry out team briefings and be able to answer any team queries.
  • Assist with the development of the team.
