Searcys are looking for a creative and results-driven restaurant marketing manager with a passion for high-end dining. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll plan and deliver campaigns across multiple restaurant sites, while also being responsible for tracking performance, analysing results, and optimising activity to drive bookings and revenue. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Restaurants Director and site teams, you’ll ensure marketing is not only well executed but also measurable, effective, and continuously improving.

Part of London’s hospitality scene for over 175 years, Searcys is an award-winning restaurateur and events caterer in residence at unique and historical venues across the UK. At the heart of every Searcys’ venue is a touch of indulgence and finesse, serving fresh, seasonal dishes that focus on sustainability alongside extensive Champagne and wine lists.
