We're looking for a Project & Mobilisation Manager to support the successful launch, refresh and retention of contracts across our London business portfolio. This is a varied, fastâpaced role, working closely with Operations and our central teams to bring new concepts, changes and mobilisations to life. You'll play a key role in helping projects land smoothly into live sites, creating structure and clarity while keeping people at the heart of delivery.
Job Description
- Support the mobilisation of new contracts, contract refreshes and retention projects, helping ensure they are delivered smoothly and consistently.
- Coordinate mobilisation plans, timelines and key activities, working closely with Operations Teams and central support functions.
- Act as a central point of coordination for mobilisation activity, helping teams stay aligned, informed and supported.
- Facilitate regular mobilisation and project checkâins, providing clear updates on progress, actions and next steps.
- Champion BaxterStorey mobilisation tools, templates and ways of working, keeping delivery structured but practical.
- Help identify risks, challenges and dependencies early, working collaboratively with teams to resolve them.
- Support Operations with mobilisation planning, resourcing considerations and firstâline assessment of support needs.
- Ensure effective handover into Operations, helping teams feel confident, informed and set up for success.
- Work closely with subject matter experts across HR, Finance, H&S, IT, Brand and Marketing to support joinedâup delivery.
- Capture learning from mobilisations and contribute ideas to continually improve how we deliver projects.
- Support adâhoc projects that help improve efficiency, consistency and the overall experience for our teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting or managing contract mobilisations or operational projects, ideally within hospitality, contract catering or a similar environment.
- Strong organisational skills and confidence coordinating multiple workstreams at the same time.
- A collaborative, peopleâfocused approach, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences.
- A practical understanding of project delivery and structured ways of working.
- Good commercial awareness, with an appreciation of budgets, costs and operational realities.
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to roll sleeves up and support where needed.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
