We are seeking an exceptional Team Leader to offer the highest standard of service, providing a positive and efficient customer experience by preparing and serving quality food and beverages, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the location.

Job Description

  • Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
  • To ensure food safety compliance is followed at all times.
  • To be responsible for a specific area or food offering, with flexibility to rotate to a new area if needed.
  • To organise deliveries, checking delivery notes, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Assisting with clearing tables.
  • Assisting with any team queries , supporting the management team.
  • To carry out daily team briefings and assist with any team queries.
  • To ensure all legislative and government guidelines are adhered to, such as Health and Safety, Food Safety and COSHH.
  • To work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and serving food and drinks.
