Job Description
We’re looking for a Team Member to join our fantastic team at the Victoria & Albert Museum Members' Restaurant and help deliver an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests.
If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a busy restaurant environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service to members and guests.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to a high standard.
- Ensure tables and restaurant areas are clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Support the team in delivering a seamless and memorable dining experience.
- Handle guest requests and queries with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
We Offer:
Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Full time/ Permanent
Qualifications
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or customer service is desirable.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Friendly, positive, and approachable with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- A passion for food, drink, and hospitality is an advantage.
