Job Description
Victoria & Albert Museum Members' Restaurant.
As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every visit is memorable.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional approach.
- Oversee guest flow throughout service.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with any queries.
- Coordinate closely with the restaurant team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and hospitality at all times.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with care and professionalism.
- Support the team during busy periods as required.
We Offer:
Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Full time/ Permanent
Qualifications
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a host, receptionist, guest relations, or customer-facing hospitality role.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Confident communicator with a warm and engaging personality.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment..
- Knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining service is advantageous but not essential.
