Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Host/Hostess to join the team at the 1864 Rooftop in John Lewis, Oxford Street! The Rooftop is one of the most accessible venues in Central London and features an eclectic wine selection, classic and seasonal cocktails, and small and large plates with regular events held year-round.
- £12.50 per hour Plus Service Charge!
- Contract: Full Time and Part Time available
- Mixture of shifts with evenings being the busy periods

As a Hostess your responsibilities will include:
- Day to day managing of the front desk
- Welcoming day visitors and guests to the venue
- Incoming and outgoing telephone enquiries
- Restaurant reservations and enquiries
- Supporting and nurturing the onsite reception team
- Working alongside the senior management team to ensure smooth running of the venue
