Job Description
The Head of Event Sales is a crucial leadership role within Events by Benugo, responsible for driving group-wide sales performance and maximising event revenue across the portfolio.
This includes private dining, celebrations, corporate events, exclusive venue hires, and growing the brand's external catering operations.

- Accountable for developing and delivering a robust sales strategy that supports business growth while ensuring exceptional client experiences.
- Working in close partnership with venue and operational teams.
- ensures that every event is professionally managed from enquiry through to delivery.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, event agencies, and organisers.
- Identifying new business opportunities while expanding existing partnerships.
- Implement efficient sales processes to drive conversion and the performance of the sales teams.
- A commercial mindset and hands-on engagement.
Qualifications
- Passionate about identifying new revenue streams.
- Proven success in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the events, catering, or luxury experience sectors.
- Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to secure high-value contracts and develop long-term client partnerships.
- Data-driven and commercially focused, with the ability to analyse sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, winning new business, and growing revenues across multiple venues and service offerings.
