Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate General Manager to lead the team at one of our busiest locations – Notes Canary Wharf Crossrail. We thrive delivering exceptional customer experiences, love great coffee, wine, cocktails, and craft beer, and enjoy leading by example; we’d love to hear from you!

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day‑to‑day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the shop runs smoothly, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving profitability. Your leadership will inspire the team to create a welcoming environment, maintain high standards of quality, and build strong relationships with customers.

Salary: up to £45,000 per annum

Shifts: any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and evenings

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
  • A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service
