What We’re Looking For
- Background in luxury hospitality (4/5‑star hotels preferred) – (e.g. Guest Relations Manager, Front Office Manager, Concierge Manager, Guest Experience Manager)
- Experience leading or supervising teams in a high‑end environment
- A natural host with a passion for exceptional service delivery
- Confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders and VIPs
- Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Immaculate presentation with exceptional attention to detail
