Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Member to join the team at Benugo Deutsche Bank.
About the Team Member role:
- Kitchen Support
- Experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.
- Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times
- Previous barista experience is a plus
- Barista / Production role – £14.80 per hour. Monday to Friday, paid bank holidays.
Qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment
Preferred:
- Previous experience in food preparation, production, or food service
- Knowledge of food safety practices or Level 1 Food Hygiene certification
- Experience working in a team-oriented kitchen or production setting
