Job Description: Join the Party at ABBA Voyage! We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to work with us at the famous ABBA Arena. If you thrive in a fast paced and fun environment, this is the perfect role for you. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £42,000 per annum

Shifts: 5 days from Thursday to Monday

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience managing bar operations in a high-volume hospitality, events, or leisure environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high standards of service and presentation
  • Commercial awareness with experience of stock control, cost management, and driving sales
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
