Responsibilities:

  • Innovation Driver: Identify emerging food trends and craft innovative offerings that delight our customers.

  • Health & Safety Champion: Promote and maintain a culture where safety and compliance are inherent and institutionalised.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the best version of yourself and a passion for all things food and service delivery. Previous experience working with a facilities management company is essential.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations with turnover in excess of £10m in the catering or hospitality industry.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and customer insights to shape winning strategies.
  • A track record of driving innovation in food services and embracing new trends.
  • Strong presentation skills and the charisma to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A leader who champions health & safety, diversity, and inclusion.
  • ESG expertise, with a history of implementing sustainable and impactful strategies.
  • Natural people developer with a focus for training, motivating, and building high-performing teams.
  • A foodie at heart, with a genuine passion for the industry and an insatiable appetite for growth.
