We are expanding and are looking for a Night Chef to take their next step on the management ladder to work in a facility that is less than 2 years old feeding Amazon Associates. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic foodie company. We’re looking for an experienced Night Chef to support the Head Chef in the night-to-night running of a busy food operation within a 24/7 operation. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and reliable chef ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the smooth running of daily food operations
- Maintain high standards of food preparation and hygiene
- Support with stock control, ordering, and organisation
- Lead and inspire junior staff when required

- Proven experience as a CDP or Senior CDP in a high-volume environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and passion for food
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of a 5 over 7 schedule

- Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, creative environment and able to thrive under pressure
