We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join the team at Benugo in John Lewis Leeds. The café is open 7 days a week, serving up freshly made sandwiches, scones, cakes and coffee.
We Offer:
- Rate: £34,000 - 35,000 per annum
- Shifts: 5 days out of 7 / Weekends
- Contract: Full Time / Permanent
About the Cafe Manager role:
- To supervise, manage and motivate the team
- To make sure that the operation runs smoothly
- To ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard
- To continuously work towards improving sales and service
- Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
