Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs with basic prep tasks such as peeling, chopping, slicing ingredients.
  • Assist in receiving, storing and organising kitchen supplies and ingredients.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices – a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
