We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking Kitchen Leader to join the team in John Lewis, Stratford (Westfield), to lead and support the kitchen team on a daily basis.

Hours: 30 hours per week (working any 5 days in a 7-day period)
Hourly rate: £15.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the kitchen and back-of-house team to success
- Place orders and managing stock effectively
- Working closely with the General Manager to support training and development within the team
- Ensuring all company procedures, food safety standards and policies are consistently followed
- Driving high standards of food quality, cleanliness and operational excellence
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Leader or Team Leader
- Excellent management skills
- Team player, leading from the front
- Great organisational skills
