We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join our dynamic team in London, United Kingdom. This is a zero-hour position offering flexible working arrangements to suit your availability. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong people skills, reliability, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

  • Greet guests warmly and provide courteous service in a professional manner
  • Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • Take orders accurately and process payments using our till system
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Support the wider team during busy periods, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Assist with table preparation, clearing, and resetting between services
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Follow company procedures and policies consistently

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience in a hospitality or similar environment (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced, demanding situations
  • Strong reliability and punctuality
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service (desirable)
  • Experience with POS or till systems (desirable)
  • Understanding of health and safety practices in food service
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
  • Food handling certification or willingness to obtain one (desirable)
  • Additional language skills (desirable)
