Caterlink is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of primary, secondary schools and colleges. This 52-week role (Monday to Friday) requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance across site-based teams and build strong client relationships.
You will balance commercial acumen with people leadership, rolling up sleeves to support teams, monitor KPIs such as health and safety, retention and quality, and ensure service delivery across our education catering sites.
