We’re searching for an exceptional Guest Services Lead to help us launch and deliver a world class front of house and hospitality experience at the brand new Birmingham offices of a world renowned auditor. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee the full client journey—from ground floor welcome through to meeting room coordination, hospitality delivery and vending services. You’ll inspire and guide a high performing team to deliver consistently outstanding service, ensuring every client and guest enjoys a seamless, memorable experience.

You’ll play a key role in the mobilisation of a brand new site which is due to open in Autumn, supporting recruitment, pre-opening activity, change management for 2 existing team members and service design.

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7:30am-6pm, Mon-Fri. Flexibility to support and oversee evening client events is essential.

Salary: £38,000 per annum.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in a 5 star corporate, hospitality or events environment
  • A passion for exceptional service and operational excellence
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Experience in mobilisations, pre-openings and change management
  • Confidence in delivering premium client experiences in a fast-paced setting
