Key Responsibilities:

  • To clean and wash up all kitchen and service items in an efficient manner.
  • To assist in the preparation of food as required.
  • To keep the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
  • To operate heavy equipment according to manufacturers' instructions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a catering or food service environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices (Level 1 Food Safety Certificate is a plus).
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organisation in a fast-paced environment.
