We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Lounge Host to join our team in Glasgow, United Kingdom. As a Lounge Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience in our exclusive lounge facilities.
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
- Serve food and beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Keep the lounge area clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Process guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service.
- Monitor and replenish buffet items as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service practices.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food hygiene certificate is desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- A smart and well-groomed appearance.
