Cafe/Deli Manager position is a vital role at The Genuine Dining Co., responsible for overseeing all aspects of The Cafe operations to ensure exceptional service delivery. Job Description
Our Cafe/Deli Manager will:
- Lead and supervise Cafe teamto deliver high-quality food and service.
- Develop and implement catering strategies aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate Events on-site with the Building team and Clients
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, cleanliness and regulations
- Update dailymenus and labelling for the Cafe and Hospitality
- Have a strong and positive relationship with Kitchen Team and Head Chef
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for seamless operations.
- Monitor financial performance and optimize operational efficiency, stock taking and reporting
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages growth and excellence.
- Be a Barista and manage tills
