Notes Coffee Roasters & Bar is a collection of coffee shops and bars serving Notes speciality own roasted coffee, brunch, craft beers, well-chosen wines, and classic cocktails with 12+ locations across London. We love our customers, and our teams are fun-loving families.

We’re looking for a passionate General Manager to lead the team at one of our busiest locations — Notes Selfridges. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the shop runs smoothly, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving profitability. Your leadership will inspire the team to create a welcoming environment, maintain high standards of quality, and build strong relationships with customers.

Salary: up to £33,000 per annum

Shifts: any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and evenings

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or senior manager within hospitality or food & beverage, successfully overseeing busy takeaway services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service.
