Job Description
We\’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our flagship catering operation at a prestigious client site near Heathrow Airport. This multifaceted location includes a vibrant restaurant, two barista-led cafés, as well as an events and hospitality service.
You\’ll oversee a team of 20+, delivering excellence Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:
- Lead the catering operation to meet and exceed financial targets
- Inspire and manage the performance of your team, conducting regular appraisals and identifying development opportunities
- Hold frequent team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates from the company and client
- Ensure financial systems are accurate and efficient
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager on budget preparation and performance
- Continuously develop and enhance the catering and hospitality offering in line with client needs and expectations
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to maximise revenue
- Excellent communication, delegation, and influencing skills
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive under pressure
- Confident in managing a complex, fast-paced operation
- A natural leader who delivers exceptional customer experiences and sets high standards
- Financially astute with experience in budget creation, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Eligible to obtain an airside ID, requiring (5-year referencing, DBS check, and GSAT, training will be provided)
