Job Description
- Take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of all retail spaces including restaurant and the coffee outlets.
- Manage direct reports to ensure day-to-day operations standards are met.
- Assist in producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on service analysis and marketing effectiveness as required: Adhere to KPIs and manage non-compliance.
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritise and delegate when required, organise own workload.
- Make a continuous assessment of the performance of all staff under supervision to establish training needs and development potential.
- Control cost and work towards/exceeding budget and achieving financial targets/forecasts with constant monitoring of performance.
- Ensure all legal compliance is followed within the departments, such as Health & Safety procedures and finance.
- Drive constant innovation with regards to product, staying up to date with trends in industry driving sustainability and provenance.
- Develop coordinated annual marketing plan with outlets and ensure signage is displayed correctly.
- Ensure excellent customer service, regularly assess customer experience and recommend improvements.
- Monitor customer feedback, handle customer complaints and resolve issues with action plans in a timely manner.
- Compile training and development plans for department heads with areas of responsibility and ensure all training is completed to a high standard for all team members.
