Job Description
As aFinance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our catering and client services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency. If you have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for the catering industry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
- Operate in a finance business partner role, supporting the AccountDirectorto manage their business to achieve ambitious financial targets
- Use trend analysis and forecasting techniques to highlight risk and opportunity in a timely manner to maximise benefit to the business
- Identify and implement initiatives to deliver sustainable operational improvements
- Control the month end process and providing timely and informative financial and operational information to both internal and external stakeholders
- Internal annual budget setting for region and overheads
Qualifications
- A lively, outgoing personality
- Proven ability to work with, and analyse big data sets
- Experience of operating in a multi-site retail business, ideally within a food service/ catering environment but this isn’t essential
- A motivated, self-starter with a pro-active approach to work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be comfortable interacting across all levels of the business in formal and informal environments
