Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Chef De Partie to join our team in Inchinnan, United Kingdom. This is a varied role combining kitchen duties with front of house service and daily operational support.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
- Assist with food preparation, service, and maintaining food quality standards
- Serve customers at the counter and provide excellent customer service during breakfast and lunch service
- Operate tills, handle cash/card payments, and assist with daily cashing up
- Update daily menu tablets, digital screens, and promotional media
- Ensure counters and displays are clean, stocked, and well presented throughout service
- Support stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen organisation
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Be flexible and support all areas of the catering operation as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or within a busy catering/hospitality environment preferred, however full training will be given
- Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering excellent customer service
- Willingness to support both kitchen and general assistant duties as part of the wider team
- Strong food preparation and service skills with good attention to detail
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple areas of the operation
- Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and reliable approach with a willingness to learn and develop within the role
