As a Restaurant Server you'll support the Hospitality Supervisor/Manager at Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre, working closely with the operations team and chefs to deliver flawless service and exceptional food and drinks.
The role is a 5-day schedule over a 7-day week (7:30 am to 3 pm shift patterns).
As a Restaurant Server you will build strong relationships with our clients, understand briefs, and execute every detail with continuous quality and a human touch.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and serve all food and drinks to customers/clients/guests and clear the venue throughout the event.
- Ensure clean furniture, dining tables and chairs; keep presentation at the forefront.
- Prepare all hospitality food and beverage requests in a presentable manner.
- Work independently, taking initiative without supervision.
- Deliver customer service with speed, efficiency, and always a smile.
- Operate coffee machines.
- Assist with ordering and deliveries as required.
- Prepare all hospitality requirements, reporting shortages to line manager.
- Leave hospitality rooms clean and tidy.
